The Unlimited plan renews automatically every 30 days, your account must have enough funds to cover the charges for the unlimited plan. If the service plan is unable to renew (i.e. because of insufficient available funds), voice calls will be billed at 12¢ per minute and text messages at 15¢ per message until the plan can be renewed. To keep your account active you must add funds to you account prior to your end of service date which is 120 days from the last account replenishment. All accounts past the 120 days will have a 30 day grace period after which your phone number will be deactivated.
